Check our measuring up guide before you purchase to make sure your furniture will fit!

Please use the dropdowns to select your fabric and size. Once we receive your order we will contact you to confirm your choices.

Please make sure you have also obtained and checked a swatch of the fabric you are ordering as colours on screen can vary from device to real life. Ideally check the fabric in the room where the furniture will be situated, at different times of the day.

Before ordering custom furniture please make sure you have measured up and are confident that we will be able to access your property and that the furniture will fit though doorways, hallways and around any bends etc. Please check our measuring up guide.

We pride ourselves in the fact that our furniture is handmade and as such each piece will be completely unique. It’s possible that the dimensions can vary by 3cm either way so please allow for this when measuring up.

The current lead time for made-to-order furniture is 14-16 weeks but please note that this can fluctuate.

We have selected a great range of fabrics and each range has its own characteristics and care requirements please check the info for the relevant fabric.

All our fabrics will sustain normal wear and tear, but we always recommend for any build-up of dirt that you have them professionally cleaned by an upholstery specialist.

Cushions containing feathers need to be plumped up regularly in order to keep the air circulating between the feathers and prevent clumping and hardening. Giving feather filled cushions a good plump on a regular basis will keep them in shape and keep them nice and comfy.

We also recommend turning your cushions over regularly too, and we fully upholster loose cushions so you can do this.

Here are a few of our tips for the general care of your fabric and furniture:

· Regular vacuuming with the brushy part of the nozzle will help stop the build-up of dust and dirt, take extra time over folds, pleats and seams.

· Keep your fabric out of direct sunlight and not too close to heat (e.g. too close to open fires or radiators).

· Any little snags can be trimmed away carefully with scissors – avoid the temptation to pull on them.

· By all means put your feet up. Just take your shoes off first.

·Accidents happen and if you do have any spillages mop them up straight away with a dry absorbent cloth. Do not rub or scrub or use any liquid, even water, this can cause watermarks, discolouration or further staining. Seek professional cleaning advice or if you have taken out the Guardsman Protection Plan please refer to the advice given.

Please note we can only deliver to Mainland UK.

We currently use a third party delivery company called Celtheath. They will offer you a delivery date once they receive your order from our manufacturer.

Please note they only carry out deliveries Monday-Friday during working hours and they will offer you a date depending on when they are in your area.

As our furniture is made to order, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
